  • All representations should be received no later than 16 May 2024 although Scottish Ministers may consider representations received after this date.

Project Non-EIA

The Energy Consents Unit, in consultation with South Ayrshire Council provided their EIA Screening Opinion following our request which confirms that the Proposed Development is not considered EIA development and the S36 Consent submission does not require an Environmental Statement to be submitted as part of the application.  This confirms that the development is not likely to have significant effects on the environment.

However robust assessments of the potential environmental effects have been undertaken, and mitigation identified, where necessary, and presented in technical reports in support of the S36 submission.
